ITV Dangerous Dogs Show Survey

The broadcast of the ITV Show "Dangerous Dogs" cause a huge interest in, and some criticism of, the work of council dog wardens. One in particular, employed by Birmingham City Council caused outrage.

We set up a facebook page to collate the interest and try to get something positive out of so many dog lovers talking about a show. We created two surveys, looking at dangerous dogs and the role of dog wardens.

We were lucky enough to be joined by the Chair of the National Dog Warden Association (NDWA) who gave a good account of their role in trying to enforce standards and push education on councils.

To reply to the criticism against Dog wardens, they have created a 1 day seminar in Warwickshire on 16th April. We have been asked to present the survey results there. Tickets are available
